Reviews tell you where to eat, not what you are looking at.

It leads the way and tells you about the places you pass, aloud.
No route needed. The guide notices what is interesting nearby and tells you, in the car and on foot.
No route needed: the guide notices what is near.
Tap any building, even one without a name. You see what is known about it and where it comes from. What is not confirmed is marked as such.
What is known about it, and where from.
Lombard Street
Any route, any building. In English and Russian.
Any route, any building.
Set a destination and drive. The route is an ordinary route; the difference is that on the way you hear about the places you pass, aloud, so your eyes stay on the road.
No destination at all. Walk or drive, and when something worth hearing is close, the guide tells you. The phone can stay in your pocket.

A tower, a warehouse, a house with no name. Tap it and see what is known, with the source of every fact.

A short story about the place, spoken, so you can listen instead of reading at the wheel.

Ask a question in words or by voice. The answer rests on the facts we hold, and says so when they run out.

Turn on Explore and walk. When something worth hearing is close, it tells you. The phone can stay in your pocket.

A guide is only as good as what it is sure of. So every fact on a card says where it comes from, and the app never fills a gap with a guess.
Open the app and drive. The road you were going to take anyway becomes the tour, with no guide to book and no timetable to keep.

A QR code in the cabin and a link in the booking confirmation. Your guests get a guide for the whole trip.

Tap Tell me on a place. A short story is written from the facts we hold about the place and read aloud. A story made once is kept, so the next person hears it at once. It keeps playing with the screen locked. In Settings you can choose the voice, the style and the length.
Switch on Walk and listen on the map. Without a route, the guide watches the places ahead of you and tells you about one when it is near. To stop, tap Stop narration. It also stops by itself after an hour.
We only show what we can find in open sources and confirm. Some buildings have little or nothing published about them, and we will not make it up. A value found in a single source is shown as unconfirmed; when sources disagree, the card says so.
On the place card tap Report an error, then choose the fact or the whole card. Reports are sent with usage events: if Anonymous analytics is switched off in Privacy, turn it on first, or write to us.
Ten new questions a day are free. A question someone has already asked about the same place does not count.
While the app is open, location puts the map where you are, finds places around you and starts routes. It is not stored.
In the background it is used only by Explore, so that stories keep coming while the phone is in your pocket. Explore is off by default and turns itself off after an hour. If you never switch it on, the app never needs background location.
